To order: locate fixture you wish to purchase, customize by selecting one choice from each
drop-down menu located next to picture of sample fixture, enter quantity desired and click "Buy Now."
If you wish to order more than one item, click "Continue Shopping" on shopping cart
page, and you will be returned to this order page where you may select additional items. Please write down all your selections and option choices
before beginning the order process - if you leave this order page once you have started a shopping cart, the cart will be terminated, and you will
have to re-order.

Price includes any fixture with an Overall Length of up to 36". For longer lengths, add
$15.00 per foot or any portion thereof. Please call to order special lengths.
Shipping charges apply to standard length fixtures shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. Extra
charge for longer length fixtures if they require oversize container.
Vaulted Ceilings: If you have a vaulted ceiling, please write "Vaulted Ceiling
Option" in the Special Instructions field on the Order Form. An extra charge of $15.00 per fixture will be added to your total
price.
